Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Electronic Delivery Only

FennIQ.ai is a digital-only service. No physical products are shipped. All services, including lead data and research insights, are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Methods

At present, delivery is fulfilled via email to the address provided during signup and account setup. In the future, additional delivery methods may include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Web-based dashboards accessed through your user account

  • RSS feed integrations

  • CRM system integrations (where possible and supported by your platform)

  • Other digital distribution channels to be defined

 

FennIQ.ai reserves the right to modify or expand delivery methods at any time without notice.

3. Delivery Definition

A product is considered delivered as soon as FennIQ.ai successfully transmits the lead data to the delivery mechanism associated with your account (e.g., sends the email, updates the RSS feed, or delivers data to a dashboard or CRM). Successful transmission, not customer receipt or engagement, constitutes delivery.

4. Spam Filters and User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that emails from @fenniq.ai are not blocked, sent to spam, or otherwise filtered out by your email provider or internal systems.

 

  • FennIQ.ai is not responsible for failed or missed delivery due to:

     

    • Spam/junk filters

    • Quarantined messages

    • Email client rules

    • Blocked attachments or domain restrictions

    • Full inboxes or mail delivery failures

  • We recommend whitelisting our domain and checking your spam or junk folders regularly to avoid missing important messages.

5. Missed Deliveries and Lead Access

If a delivery was successfully triggered by our system and sent to your registered delivery channel, it is not considered missed — even if you failed to receive, open, or view it.

 

  • No refund, partial credit, or lead replacement will be issued for missed communications that are the result of:

    • Customer-side technical issues

    • Inaccessible inboxes

    • Platform limitations

    • Any failure not attributable to FennIQ.ai’s delivery systems

6. Delivery Logs and Audit

FennIQ.ai maintains internal logs of all delivery attempts. These logs serve as the official record of fulfillment. In the event of a dispute, these records will be used to determine whether delivery occurred.
