FennIQ.ai does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By subscribing to the FennIQ AI Lead Finder service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Due to the nature of our product — which delivers immediate access to proprietary, AI-curated data and leads — the value is delivered at the time of access. Therefore:

 

• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations

  • Lack of use

  • Duplicate leads

  • User error or dissatisfaction

  • Billing cycles that auto-renew before cancellation

• All subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for cancelling in time.

• In rare cases of billing system error (e.g., double charges), you may contact support at support@fenniq.ai for a case-by-case resolution, at FennIQ.ai’s sole discretion.

 

This Refund Policy is explicitly referenced in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions and forms part of your agreement when using our service.
