FennIQ.ai Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FennIQ AI Lead Finder service (“Service”), operated by FennIQ.ai (“FennIQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FennIQ AI Lead Finder is an AI-powered tool that aggregates, evaluates, and delivers construction or other potential project leads based on custom criteria, data sources, and automated reasoning. It is sold as part of a monthly recurring subscription. Users may receive leads via a feed, email, or direct integration with compatible platforms.

 

In the future, FennIQ.ai may offer:

  • Multiple service tiers, which may limit the number or type of leads delivered;

  • Additional tools and modules, including but not limited to: spec document retrieval, contact enrichment, custom alerts, or competitive analysis.

 

Your use of any future tool will be governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

FennIQ.ai is operated under a registered DBA owned by Salladale Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. All terms herein apply equally to the DBA and its parent entity.

2. Linked Policies

By subscribing to FennIQ.ai or using the FennIQ AI Lead Finder, you also agree to the terms outlined in our:​

 

These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be reviewed alongside this agreement. In the event of a conflict between this document and any linked policy, the referenced policy shall govern.

3. Subscription, Billing, & Cancellation

  • All services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly in advance.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel at any time, but no refunds or partial credits will be issued.

  • Payment processing is handled by a third party; you authorize FennIQ.ai to charge your designated payment method.

 

We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new subscription tiers. You will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your account.

4. Usage Rights & Limitations

Currently, usage is not restricted by time or number of leads, but in the future:

  • Your plan may limit the number of leads, queries, or records processed per billing period.

  • Usage beyond your plan may be restricted, throttled, or incur additional charges.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any data or insights obtained from the Service;

  • Circumvent usage limits or access methods;

  • Use the Service to conduct illegal or misleading activities;

  • Interfere with system security, APIs, or automation;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source logic from AI or backend systems.

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. AI Limitations & Data Accuracy

The Service leverages public and proprietary data sources combined with AI reasoning. While we strive for high relevance and accuracy, no guarantee is made that:

  • Leads are current, complete, or error-free;

  • Project details are accurate or actionable;

  • Contact or location data is valid or up to date.

FennIQ.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for independently verifying any data before acting on it.

6. Account & Security

  • You must provide accurate registration and billing information.

  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

  • You may not share access with other individuals or entities without permission.

 

We may suspend access to protect account integrity or prevent abuse.

7. Ownership & Intellectial Property

  • All code, workflows, models, UI, and datasets used or created by the Service are the exclusive property of FennIQ.ai. Subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended.

 

You may not claim ownership of or attempt to replicate FennIQ’s proprietary processes.

8. Termination & Enforcement

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if:​​

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Payment fails;

  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access is detected.

 

In such cases, access may be removed immediately, and no refund will be issued.

9. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. This includes:

  • Feature changes

  • Tier restructures

  • API deprecations

  • Scheduled downtime or maintenance

 

Notice will be provided where feasible, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FennIQ.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or opportunity.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past three (3) months.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, for any disputes.

12. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully. FennIQ.ai subscriptions are non-refundable except in the rare circumstances outlined therein.

13. Data Usage & Privacy Policy

FennIQ.ai only collects and uses data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information. All data provided to users is ethically and legally sourced from public, open-source platforms.

14. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products are delivered electronically to the email address or platform(s) associated with your account. Delivery may occur via email, RSS feed, or other integrations or methods. A product is considered delivered once our system triggers the delivery process, not when the user receives or accesses it. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full delivery terms.

14. Future Products & Scope Expansion

These Terms also apply to any future tools, features, or products released under the FennIQ.ai brand unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your use of any such tools indicates your agreement to any updated or supplemental terms issued with them.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service through informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
 
Nothing in this section limits FennIQ.ai’s right to seek equitable relief, including injunctions, in cases of misuse or unauthorized access to proprietary data or systems.
