Refund Policy

FennIQ.ai does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing or accessing any FennIQ.ai service or dataset, including subscription products and one-time lead list purchases, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Due to the nature of our products, which provide immediate access to proprietary, enriched data and leads, value is delivered at the time of access or delivery. Therefore:

 

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for:

 

  • Mid-cycle cancellations

  • Lack of use

  • Duplicate or non-responsive leads

  • Perceived performance issues or dissatisfaction

  • User error or selection of incorrect criteria

  • Billing cycles or renewals processed before cancellation

  • One-time purchases of downloadable or delivered lead lists

 

All subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for cancelling in time.

 

One-time purchase datasets, including homeowner lead lists, are considered delivered once access is granted or files are made available for download, and are not refundable.

 

In rare cases of billing system error such as double charges, you may contact support at support@fenniq.ai for a case-by-case resolution, at FennIQ.ai’s sole discretion.

 

This Refund Policy is explicitly referenced in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions and forms part of your agreement when using our service.
